Upon receiving your honey, please check the jars for any leaks or cracks that may have occurred during the shipping process.

Email our support team with your order number and a photo of any damaged goods to initiate a claim for a replacement.
Return Authorization
Since honey is a food product, we do not accept physical returns of opened items; we will provide instructions on whether to discard or return unopened merchandise.
Resolution Process
